I have led projects, teams, and technical direction for over 15 years through consulting, personal business ventures, and other employment.  I have a vast array of technical skills from technical know-how and strategic planning to budgeting and leadership.  In short, I have the knowledge, drive, and desire to get things done.

Entrepreneur: Since 2005 I have worked on every aspect of business development from hands-on building and administrating of servers, to hiring, purchasing, accounting, and even consulting with other businesses. I have performed all business functions to keep a business thriving and growing, even to the point of determining which functions are best to offload to focus on my core competencies.

Achiever: Nearly 20 years ago I was called upon to save an overdue catalog project. Overnight I went from telemarketer to advertising coordinator doing everything from working with photographers, artists, and printers to developing data entry and layout programs. Heading a team of 5 people, the two-year catalog was on time with additional indexes for authors and categories in a smaller footprint with more content.

Leader: I have performed leadership roles for teams as small as just a few people to teams nearing 100. I have led projects and teams, have architected systems, and managed personnel for several years, usually doing multiple roles at a time. Whether designing a system from scratch or making sure all the tasks in a project are completed on time, I have been in charge of it and made sure it came to pass.

Technical Expert: I have been writing software for over 20 years gaining expert-level skill in C#, .NET, VB, SQL, XML, and other technologies while always expanding to become skilled with additional technologies such as network administration, iOS development, database administration, and more. Additionally I have worked on almost every level of web-based communication to the deep-down programming of sockets and HTTP headers while writing web servers and browser clients to learning UPnP, SOAP, and web service envelopes in addition to writing scores of web sites using XML, XSLT, HTML, and CSS and various other web-based technologies.
